Nicole was amazing! So nice and friendly and clearly knows what she is doing! She was such a great listener and so incredibly patient. I took off a lot of inches but Nicole let me do it gradually because I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted. Nicole had a perfect blend of giving advice/guidance and listening to my preferences. She also checked in at every step of the way and answered every one of my questions. She took a very unsure and fuzzy description of what I like and it turned out exactly how I wanted. I am so happy with my experience and how my hair turned out. I would 100% recommend changes and Nicole :)

I love Changes Salon! Hailey is amazing! She has been doing my hair for well over a year now. She truly listens and takes her time. Since going to her, I feel as though my hair has gotten so much healthier all while still highlighting. Overall, all the stylists are very friendly at Changes and I always feel welcomed when I walk in!
