I drive an hour and fifteen minutes to Changes Salon because Katherine Kavaliunas is the only stylist who has helped me achieve my color goals since my grey hair started taking over. She has gotten me from dark to much lighter and lighter back to darker, without my hair ever feeling dry or damaged like it has with others in the past. She’s extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to understand what I’m trying to achieve. When I first went to her she was able to see and correct cutting errors made by the previous stylist and I walked out with my hair looking like I imagined it would when I told the previous stylist what I wanted. I recommend Katherine 100%

Well I have found my new stylist and salon after returning to Ohio after 35 years and a 3 year nasty divorce. It’s been few years since I had my haircut at a salon and it was such a great experience from the consult to finish blowout, and yes Francesca is my new stylist! We had fun chats, she made me instantly comfortable and best thing….I walked out feeling so much better about my look! Love the textured Bob and she took extra time to gv me some waves! I look and feel younger, fresher and I will be back as soon as needed! Thank you adorable Francesca!!!! I love my haircut! P.s. shout out as she did amazing job on my bangs!
