Staff is up with current hair styles as well as the tried and true. Very knowledgeable and skilled at their craft. From haircuts, coloring perms, facial hair removal, make-up, and pedi/Manis. Staff is very friendly and engagingly. I always come out of the place with a smile on my face. I have been a customer for 20 years. I have venture out to other salons over the years but always finding myself coming back to see Miss. Wendy and her staff. Young or seasoned... You won't be disappointed. 👍😍💅💈✂️

I recently discovered Changes Salon and I can't say enough good things. From the minute you walk in to the minute you walk out, you feel like a welcomed guest and not just a salon client. I had the best haircut of my life. Denean cut and styled my beginning-to-thin-out hair by doing an "undercut" at the end which gave my hair more fullness. Now that made me happy. Not sure "undercut" is the correct terminology but you probably get what I mean. I've been a repeat customer since my first appointment.

I travel from South Carolina to have my hair and nails done here. The girls are professional and know their stuff, and they're fun to be with. I come up to visit my mother in Solon and she and I get our hair and nails done. I feel like I'm going to see my friends at Changes, not just people that do my hair and nails. This is a great place with wonderful people!

Changes Salon is a wonderful place to get your hair cut, nails done and other Salon needs. I have been going here for the past ten years with a blip in the middle where I went somewhere else. I regretted changing salons (it was close to work) and returned to Changes the staff is super friendly and helpful. They are like family to each other and you can tell that they are a close team. Wonderful!

I have been going to Changes salon for nearly a year. Manicures, pedicures and hair. Wendy owns the shop and has created a great atmosphere. They truly work as a team, they are fun, talented and a joy to spend time with. Lindsey is a great colorist and does a great cut (I am blonde/gray and PICKY about hair color). Never brassy, always beautiful. Truly you will love it there. I wish I could pick them up and carry them out west where I am moving. Wendy, Micky, Madison and Lindsey - and Morgan who is on maternity leave. They are amazing women and will take the best care of you. TRY THEM!
